CMP.No.3457 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 1518 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent, CMP.No.3458 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent and CMP.No.3459 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent as the party respondents.

2. I have gone through the affidavits and satisfied with the same. Accordingly, delay is condoned.
