This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry as directed by the second respondent dated 25.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records, it reveals that there is a dispute between the petitioner's Trust and one Karuppasamy. Therefore, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the second respondent recommends to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry whether the said Karuppasamy used his gender benefit upon the vulnerable weaker section of women who manage the Women's Education and Economic Development Trust, and he occupied the Trust in his favour illegally? Whether the said 2/5

Karuppasamy used any criminal methods to occupy the Trust in his favour, especially on execution of registered documents and minutes.

4. The said Karuppasamy, through his counsel, represented that he has been appointed by the petitioner even in the year 2022 itself and he is managing the entire Trust as Managing Director. To that extent, the deed was also executed and a supplementary deed was also executed on 21.10.2024. Therefore, it is nothing but the entire allegations are civil in nature between the petitioner and the said Karuppasamy and the petitioner used a shortcut method through the second respondent and obtained such direction.

5. That apart, as directed by the second respondent, the first respondent has also conducted an enquiry and the same was closed as it is civil in nature. Further, the said Karuppasamy also filed a suit and it is pending without numbering. In view of the above, the directions sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be considered and the Writ Petition itself is devoid of merits.
