Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent order bearing No.L.D is 72653/N4/2012 dated 05.04.2013 and to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to implement G.O.Ms.No.202, Health & Family Welfare (E1) Department dated 21.6.2012 by filling up the post of Medical of Social worker in Kilpauk Medical College and Hospital and consequently direct the respondents to post the petitioner as Social Welfare Officer in any of the Vacancies in Chennai (Prayr amended as per order of 05.08.2013 by DHPJ in MP No.2/13 in WP No.18607/13.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition and due to subsequent development, the issue aroused in the writ petition is no longer existence. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout their remedy in the manner known to law with regards to receiving the benefits.
