3. A perusal of the B-Diary extract would indicate that the reply statement has been filed on 07.11.2024 and the learned Judge has now adjourned the matter by 4 months for enquiry i.e. on 12.06.2025.

4. Therefore, considering the fact that the pleadings are completed, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi. shall endeavor to dispose of OP.246/2023 within a period of 3 months from 12.06.2025, not later than 13.09.2025.
