ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 herein to forthwith take appropriate action to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 7 and 8 herein in Lake/Canal Poramboke Land in S.No.60/1 of Siruvallur Village, Kalasapakkam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District in view of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Kalasapakkam Taluk in Na.Ka.A4/2261/2021 dated 20.09.2021 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2021.
2. When the matter was called today, learned Counsel on either side jointly stated that as per the direction of this Court, the encroachments have been removed from the land-inquestion. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
3. Recording the same, the present writ petition is closed. No costs.
