Subsequently, the claimants/Respondents, filed CMP No.10791 of 2022, seeking a direction to the tribunal for permitting them to withdraw the award amount.

2. It is represented that the Transport Corporation has filed review application.

3. Registry is directed to list CMP No.10791 of 2022 on 14.12.2022 and print the name of Mr.Bala Guruswamy, counsel for the petitioners/claimants.
