Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the respondents from insisting the petitioner and the petitioner's customers to obtain transport permits to transport the processed mineral of all sizes from the crushing unit of the petitioner situated at S.F.No.972, 977, 991 and 992 Nadanthai North Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District to the place of the purchasers of the said Jelly.
