Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.33358 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020 directing the petitioner shall report before the XII Addtional Sessions Court, daily at 10.30 a.m. till disposal of trial. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAFI BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N.RAMESH, Special Public Prosecutor for ED Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

33358 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, in CC.No.3 of 2017, on the file of the learned XII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this Court has specifically directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court every day till the disposal of the trial. Hence, he opposed to relax the condition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
