O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to change name in the patta in favour of the petitioner based on the representation 02.11.2021 within time frame that may fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the property owned by the petitioner's grandmother in Survey No.47/2, 48/1 and 48/3B to an extent of 6 acres and 67 cents through the D-Form conditional assignment patta No.AM.1259/69. After the death of petitioner's grand mother, petitioner's mother is in possession of the property. Petitioner's mother died on 17.08.2012, thereafter, the petitioner is in possession of the property. Petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 02.11.2021 for change name in the patta from grandmother's name to petitioners name. On 11.11.2021, the first respondent ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent in O.Mu.No.4233/2021 to take action. But, till date no orders passed. Hence, the present Writ petition is filed with the above prayer.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to change name in the patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the representation 02.11.2021 within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2021 will be considered by the Respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner representation dated 02.11.2021 and pass orders orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
