An Affidavit of Service enclosing the acknowledgment card has been filed to that effect. However, the vehicle is yet to be repossessed. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks extension of time for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle. Accordingly, time is extended for the Advocate Commissioner to execute the Warrant of Commission by another period of two weeks from today. It is made clear 1/3

that if the Advocate Commissioner fails to repossess the vehicle on or before the next hearing date, this application shall stand automatically closed, granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle, once the vehicle is located.

Post the matter on 02.04.2025.

18.03.2025 Note :

Registry is directed to issue a fresh Warrant of Commission, extending the time as stated supra.
