This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.837 of 2019. 1/4

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has already been transferred to Kuppam Police station, Andhra pradesh and the investigation is pending in Crime No.389 of 2020 before the concerned police station. 3.

In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned police station, where the investigation is pending.
