Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 01.08.2011 given by the petitioner to prepare field map in consonance with the patta given to the petitioner under Proceedings in RTR 1911/10-11 dated 06.01.2011. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 01.08.2011 given by the petitioner to prepare a Field Map in consonance with the patta given to the petitioner under Proceedings in RTR 1911/10-11 dated 06.01.2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is called today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Mr.T.Dhanyakumar, learned Counsel for the 1st respondent, Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.T.V.Krishnamachari, learned Counsel for the 4th respondent are present.

4. A perusal of the Notes Paper reveals that after the Writ Petition was admitted in the year 2012, the petitioner has not taken any steps to bring the Writ Petition on list and even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, considering the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 1.8.2011, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
