Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ, order or directions more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to grant permission to the petitioner herein to conduct the Public meeting on 08.02.2020, between 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm, at near to Pattinampakkam Bus depot, Pattinampakkam, Chennai 600 028 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2020.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to grant permission to the petitioner herein to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct the Public meeting on 08.02.2020, between 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm, near Pattinampakkam Bus depot, Pattinampakkam, Chennai 600028, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
