O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order 01.11.2017 disqualifying the petitioner from his company and consequently directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to get reappointed as Director of any company.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.AGD Balakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, now the prayer sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
