Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fifth respondent relating to the order in (1) letter No.108102/2233/Ni.P.1/U3/Ko.Va.Ve/2014-1, dated 31.01.2015 and (2) Letter No.108102/2233/P.1/u3/Ko.VA/2014-2 dated 26.02.2015 to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondent to appoint the second petitioner on compassionate grounds in a suitable post compensate with his educational qualification by granting relaxation in his favour with regard to age qualification, consequent on the death of his father, Perumal @ Sanjeevi Perumal on 17.04.2013 while working as Line Inspector.
