This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of their arrest pending investigation in crime No. 25 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and her sister are owning plot in S.R No. 3/1D2, 3/2, 3/3 Okkiam Thuraipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk for the total extent of 4290 square feet. Both of them had given the original title deed through their brother Krishna to first accused Devandram for the purpose of getting patta for the property. Now the said Devendran who is the first accused in this case, using the original title deeds of the above said property, he is compelling the defacto complainant and her sister to convey the property in favour of first petitioner by accepting the sale consideration of Rs.12,20,000/-. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioners colluded with other accused persons cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
