Today, this case was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking correction in the cause-title and to address, wherein, the name of the fourth respondent is typed wrongly as Executive Officer instead as Executive Engineer.

2. In view of the above, the fourth respondent is to be typed as below:

"4.The Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) Limited, M/Tambaram, Chennai - 600 045."

3.The Registry is directed to make such corrections in the cause-title, to address and issue fresh copies. Except the above corrections, the above Order remains intact.
