Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ or direction, calling for the records relating to impugned check slip in refusal Number: RFL/Dharmapuri West/19/2022 dated 28.01.2022 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to register the settlement deed dated 28.01.2022 in favour of the petitioner's two sons namely M.Sridhar and M.Harinarayana Yadav within the time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
