On 10.08.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no instruction from the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 12.08.2016 under the caption "for dismissal", and directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. The revision was listed on 12.08.2016, there is no representation and directed to be posted on 17.08.2016 "for dismissal", the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list. Even today, i.e, 17.08.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel. Therefore, the criminal revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
