The application to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 28.01.2022 is allowed. However, the Registry is directed to issue the certified copy of the order and in case of any defect, it has to be cured by the appellant within three days, failing which this order shall stand withdrawn automatically without reference to this Court.
