3.It is seen from records that the information sought for by the petitioner pertains to the queries regarding admission of the students for the academic year 2009-2010. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. That apart, the 2nd respondent has already been taken over by the Government. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed.
