PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceeding G.O.A.Aa(ID) No.1, RDD(C6) Department dated 06.01.1999 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to award interest at the rate of 24% per annum on the belated payment of DCRG amount of Rs.43,615/- from 31.01.1990 till the date of realization.
