Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent Corporation from plying the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-33/N 1373 and TN-33 N 1656 which are covering the petitioner's sector between Dharapuram to Erode just ahead of the petitioner's bus bearing Registration No.TN-33-R 5566 plying on the route Dharapuram to Erode (via) Sangakarandampalayam, Vellakovil, Muthur, Moolapalayam 4 Road, Moolapalayam, Vilakathi, Elumathur and Modakurichi and also without obtaining permit and without convening the fixation of timings by the concerned authorities and without giving opportunity to the sector operators including the petitioner herein.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent Corporation from plying the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-33/N 1373 and TN-33 N 1656 which are covering the petitioner's sector between Dharapuram to Erode just ahead of the petitioner's bus bearing Registration No.TN-33-R 5566 plying on the route Dharapuram to Erode (via) Sangakarandampalayam, Vellakovil, Muthur, Moolapalayam 4 Road, Moolapalayam, Vilakathi, Elumathur and Modakurichi and also without obtaining permit and without convening the fixation of timings by the concerned authorities and without giving opportunity to the sector operators including the petitioner herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the Transport Corporation is no more plying the vehicle in the route that has been questioned by the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
