The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10311 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5585 of 2023 on 20.07.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) further submitted that charge sheet has already been filed in this case. 4.In view of the same, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and this petition is ordered.
