(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 366(A) and 354(B) of I.P.C. r/w Sections 4, 6 and 17 of POCSO Act, in Spl.S.C.No.43 of 2018 on the file of the Special Court under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
