It is stated that the petitioner has filed a statutory appeal under the Right to Information Act, which is the first appeal before the first respondent, which has not yet been disposed of and hence, this Writ Petition is filed. Under normal circumstances, it appears that orders would have been passed within 60 days as per the provisions of the said Act.
