C.M.P.Nos.13785 and 13755 of 2016 in S.A.Nos.1305 and 1306 of 2007 This is the suit for Specific Performance. The 7th respondent herein is said to have purchased the property in Doc.No.3510/2016 dated 04.07.2016. Being a lis pendens purchaser though he is not a necessary party I consider the proper party to be impleaded.
Though notice was ordered to the 7th respondent on 16.09.2016 there is none to oppose this application.
In the light of the above, this petition is allowed.
