O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to produce the wages of the employees of the 3rd respondent Bank, without affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had produced a letter dated 02.07.2019, wherein it is stated that there was a settlement under Sec.12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act (hereinafter called as "Act") in between the 1st petitioner and the 3rd respondent society and the same is in operation till this date. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and prayed for appropriate orders.

3. As the 1st petitioner and the 3rd respondent society has entered into a settlement under Sec.12(3) of the Act and the same is in operation till date, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Petition Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
