A.No.1600 of 2023 in TOS.No.24 of 2021 R.N.MANJULA,J.

This application has been filed seeking to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- which has been deposited already in pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court made in Transfer Petition ( C) No.1294 of 2021 dated 17.10.2022.

2. Pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the said sum has been deposited by the plaintiff in TOS No.24 of 2021 and permission was already given in the said order for the respondent to withdraw the same. This application is filed only in pursuant to the said permission. Hence this application is allowed as prayed for. Since the amount has been deposited as early as on 04.11.2022, the Registry is directed to expedite the disbursal. The Registry is also directed to make note about the stage of TOS.No.24 of 2021 to proceed further.

3. Post the matter on 03.04.2023.
