India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.01.2021 of the Panchayat President and Executive Officers and initiate action in accordance with the representation of the petitioner and implement the scheme as per the provisions of the scheme in order to give benefit for all the villages of Chetpet Panchayat Union.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking implementation of schemes as per the provisions of the scheme by name Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.

On perusal of the couter filed by the respondetns 4 and 5 revealed that Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme guarantees 100 days of financial year to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work. It has been followed day by day and it is implemented without fail. Further by the proceedings dated 30.06.2020, work order has been issued for construction of concrete pavement work at Thumbur Village Panchayat. Another work order was also issued by the fifth respondent by the proceedings dated 30.06.2020 for construction of paver block work at Thumbur Village Panchayat at the cost of 3.36 lakhs. By the proceedings dated 30.06.2020, the fifth respondent issued work order for construction of culvert, minor bridges and bed level causeway, piped causeway etc at the cost of Rs.7.98 lakhs.
The specific case of the petitioner is that in the year 2020-21, after the panchayat presidents and officers were elected, grama sabha was held and works were identified and sent to the officers under the third respondent.

In view of the above, respondents are directed to implement the schemes as per the provisions of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme inorder to give benefit for all the village of Chetpet Panchayat Union in accordance with law. 5.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
