1. This application is filed seeking issuance of a direction to amend the cause title pertaining to the sixth respondent. Presently, the sixth respondent is described as follows:

"M/s.Hotel Lemon Tree, No.31/3, Poonamallee High Road (Opposite to MIOT Hospital), Manapakkam, Chennai - 600 125."

2. It is averred that the sixth respondent ought to have been described as follows:

"M/s.Shimona Hotels Pvt Ltd., No.31/3, Poonamallee High Road (Opposite to MIOT Hospital), Manapakkam, Chennai - 600 125"

3. This application is not opposed by the respondents. In any event, the amendment sought is only with regard to the change in name. The application is, accordingly, allowed. The applicant will file an amended memo of parties within a period of one week.
