It appears that the second respondent Mallika also died and therefore to implead the legal representatives of deceased Mallika, petitions in C.M.P.Nos.6154 to 6156 of 2023 have been filed. There is no serious objection on behalf of the proposed respondents. Hence, having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the averments made in the petition, all these petitions are allowed.

2. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the appeal memorandum.
