This petition has been filed to to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Nagapattinam, to accept the surrender of the petitioner in C.C.No.66 of 2014 on the file of the above Court and to consider the warrant recall petition to be filed under Sec.70(2) of Cr.P.C. on the same day.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the main case in C.C.No.66 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, No.1, Nagapattinam was ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
