This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2019 in view of the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi in Crl.M.P.No.3168 of 2019 order dated 19.12.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
