At the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, today this matter has been posted under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. On hearing the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is ordered that the fourth paragraph of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.2405 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 shall read as follows: "4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to disburse the amount, which had been deposited by the victims, including the petitioner herein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. It is made clear that the amount which was already deposited by the accused to the credit of CC.No.3 of 2019, also to be disbursed in favour of the victims. The trial court is directed to transfer the entire amount to the credit of the first respondent so that the first respondent can disburse it 1/3

in accordance with law."

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in Crl.OP.No.2405 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 after making necessary corrections. 18.06.2025 lok 2/3
