PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachment in S.No.50/4, at Moppiripatti Village, Harur which is very close to the junction of Salem-Vaniyambadi State Highway (SH-18) and Dharmapuri-Thiruvannamalai State Highways (SH-60A) in Harur Town by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2018.
