O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records connected with the impugned passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.21571/2009/P.A.2, dated 27.08.2009 and quash the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits including arrears of salary.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Makkal Nala Paniyalar in the 3rd respondent Panchayat on 30.08.1990. Thereafter, in view of the policy decision, all the persons throughout the State were terminated in the year 1991 and the petitioner was also terminated on 31.07.2006. The said scheme has been abolished and the matter is now pending in the Supreme Court. No further orders are required in this writ petition. Depending upon the said judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court upholding or rejecting the orders of the Government closing the scheme, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court once again.
