PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1 to 3 respondents consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2021 and conducting proper enquiry against the 4th to 6 th respondents and also take necessary action. For Petitioner :

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2021 and conducting proper enquiry against the 4th to 6 th respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 15.10.2021 to the Respondents 1 to 3, however, no action has been taken up by them. He would further submit that the petitioner is not pressing the representation inrespect of respondents 1 and 2 and he would submit that it would be suffice that direction may be issued to the third respondent to consider and pass orders based on the representation dated 15.10.2021.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry was conducted by the third respondent in respect of the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2021 and during enquiry, the third respondent had found that some civil disputes were pending between the parties.
4. Heard the learned counsel and perused the materials available on record.
5. The third respondent has conducted the enquiry based on the representation made by the petitioner on 15.10.2021 and however, no finality has been given to the petitioner. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose the representation dated 15.10.2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the representation. It is left open to the respondent to consider the same on its own merits.
