PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent police to act on the complaint dated 29.04.2015 and 15.06.2015 and to provide police protection to the petitioner's industry to run peacefully with its staff and willing workers and thereby suitably prevent the second respondent union, their members, office bearers, agents and outside supporter from assembling within a radius of 200 meters of the petitioner's factory premises from preventing the free ingress and egress of men, materials and vehicles.
