Today, when the matter is came up for hearing under the caption "for being mentioned", learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the Magistrate has been inadvertently stated as XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in the order dated 03.03.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.4803 of 2022 instead of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Therefore, Registry is directed to correct the name of the Magistrate as "IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai"

in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 03.03.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4803 of 2022, instead of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
