ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay all the monetary and service benefits available to the petitioner under G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Dept., dated 22-03-1993 with all monetary and service benefits.

As per the Full Bench judgment of this Court in Review Application Nos.227 of 2015 etc. Batch (The Government of Tamil Nadu Vs. G. Eswaran) dated 09-12-2016, the writ petitions with such a prayer will no more be entertained on and from 09-122016. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed. No cost. The connected W.M.P.No.4675 of 2017 is also dismissed.
