Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/2nd respondent. 2.This petition has been filed to bring on record the following persons as the legal representatives of the deceased K.Ramadoss in the above writ petition.:- (i) R.Padmini, Wife, aged 50 years;

(ii) R.Ramesh Kumar, Son, aged about 33 years; (iii) R.Anandhakumar, Son, aged about 29 years; (iv) R.Varalakshmi, Daughter, aged 28 years.

3.Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the same is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments. 5.Post the writ petition after two weeks.
