When the writ petition was listed on 08.09.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and thereafter the case was listed on 22.09.2022, even on that day also there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to post the writ petition on 28.09.2022, under the caption, "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
