Today, when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that subsequent to the order dated 09.11.2004, the prohibitory order came to be lifted. As such, the petitioner cannot have any further grievance. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Petition Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
