PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Bank to take appropriate proceedings under the Scheme by name, "Waiver of All Agricultural Loans and Relief Scheme, 2008" in respect of the Agricultural Term Loan Account No.11371852009 availed by the Petitioner from the 2nd Respondent Bank for the purpose of purchasing Tractor bearing Regn.No.TN36-J-6833 and Trailor bearing Regn.No.TN-36-J-6822 and implements and grant the benefits announced by the Government under the said Scheme which has also been accepted by the 1st Respondent.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is direct the respondent Bank to take appropriate proceedings under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Scheme by name, "Waiver of All Agricultural Loans and Relief Scheme, 2008" in respect of the Agricultural Term Loan Account No.11371852009 availed by the Petitioner from the 2nd Respondent Bank for the purpose of purchasing Tractor bearing Regn.No.TN36-J-6833 and Trailor bearing Regn.No.TN-36-J-6822 and implements and grant the benefits announced by the Government under the said Scheme which has also been accepted by the 1st Respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank made a submission that the petitioner has already closed the loan account. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
