JUDGMENT
Heard learned counsel for the appellant through video conferencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
2. Ms.Nathami for Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the appellant fairly stated that the civil miscellaneous appeal has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the main suit in O.S.No.19 of 2011 itself has already been disposed of by the trial Court, in the year 2016.
3. Placing on record her statement, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2011 is also dismissed. No costs.
