The learned Subordinate Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District, has requested a further period of three months for disposing of the suit in O.S.No. 94 of 2015, pursuant to order of this Court, dated 12.01.2018. This Court has also noticed from the communication of the learned Judge that the plaintiff/respondent is not cooperating with the Court for the last three hearings for disposing of I.A.No. 181 of 2015, 34 of 2019 and 35 of 2019.

The learned Judge is directed to take such coercive steps, which are required for the disposal of the interlocutory applications, including setting the plaintiff as exparte, if no cooperation is forthcoming. The request of the learned Judge is granted.
