PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.S.R.7/2003/A(9) (Land Survey) dated 26.02.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the names of T.M.Ramasamy Mudaliar and T.A.Vadivelu Mudaliar as Joint Land-Holders of T.S.Nos.3, 20 and 21 in Block-3, Ward-B of Erode Town.
