..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2022 submitted along with calculation of arrears payable to him towards disbursement of Yantrik Pay to be calculated for all purposes within a limited time frame as fixed by this Court and pass orders. This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2022 submitted along with calculation of arrears payable to him towards disbursement of Yantrik Pay to be calculated for all purposes within a limited time frame as fixed by this Court and pass order.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that pertaining to the very same issue the petitioner has already approached this Court in W.P.No.14341 of 2023 and this Court vide order dated 26.09.2023 dismissed the writ petition .
3. In view of the above fact that the issue has already been dealt with by this Court in W.P.No.14341 of 2023, this Petition has became infructuous and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. 05.11.2024 Speaking order : Yes/No Index : Yes/No smn 3/5
