Crl.M.P.No.1745 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29121 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.29121 of 2022 on 28.11.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Anna Nagar everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders.

2 .The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
